Apartments rent for $795 per month. Occasionally condos are available at a reduced rate. Call or e-mail us for information on availabilities.

Water, sewer, trash, and basic cable are all included in the monthly rent payment. Renters are responsible for gas and electric.

All apartments require a $700 security deposit due at contract signing. $60 is used for carpet cleaning when you move out of the apartment. If the apartment is left in "move-in ready" condition, $640 will be returned at the end of the lease agreement.

The price of utilities will vary greatly depending on your lifestyle. You can expect to pay between $35-60 each month for gas and electric. Keep in mind that this is an average, and is highly susceptible to change based on your daily activities.

Apartments are available for rent on one year lease agreements.

No. All apartments are rented with one year leases. While selling your contract is an option if you do not plan to stay for the full year, it is not guaranteed and you will be responsible for any unpaid rent during the entire lease.

The Bavarian Condos are partially furnished with 2 couches, coffee tables, kitchen table and chairs, washer and dryer, and three twin beds(*). Two twin beds can be pushed together for a Queen/King sized bed. *Some apartments no longer have the beds. Ask about availability during your tour. You are welcome to store any of the beds in the included storage unit if you do not need them.

Each apartment has two assigned parking spots. The majority of apartments have covered parking.

There is often a waiting list for the apartment complex. If there are any availabilities, you need to schedule an appointment to sign a contract and pay your deposit. Visit the contact page to schedule a time.
